It’s so refreshing and packed with flavor! 🍓 TUNA RICE CRACKER is my absolute favorite. It features a rice cracker base, topped with perilla leaves and tuna paste, plus some crispy Thai ingredients. The texture is amazing—crispy and creamy at the same time! 🍣 The main event: UNI WAGYU DON (sea urchin and Wagyu beef bowl). Who wouldn’t love this combination? Sweet Hokkaido sea urchin, A5 Wagyu beef, mixed with egg yolk and fish roe. One bite and all your worries melt away! 🦀 BLACK PANTHER CURRY is a must-try for Thai curry lovers. The flavor is rich and hearty, paired with a perfectly cooked steak that’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Every piece is coated in delicious curry sauce. 🍖 11 TIGERS TOM YUM RAMEN is mind-blowing! I thought the lobster head was just for decoration, but it’s actually a whole fresh lobster! The broth is a rich Tom Yum soup, infused with the entire lobster 🦞. The noodles are perfectly chewy.
