This Focaccia in Las Vegas is Absolutely Incredible! 🍞🔥

Despite a surprisingly low Google rating, the food quality is seriously high. Everything you’d expect from a great Italian spot is here. 🍝✨ My absolute favorite: the Focaccia. I went back three times just for it! It’s charcoal-grilled, giving it an incredibly soft interior with a crispy, smoky top—something you just can’t achieve in a home oven. At $8, it’s a total steal! 🥖💥 The Ragu features Pappardelle noodles—wide, smooth, and perfectly al dente. The sauce has a beautiful balance of savory and sweet flavors, thanks to tomato and minced meat, with carrots and celery adding natural sweetness. The butter and Parmesan bring just the right creaminess. 🍅🧀 Peposo alla Fiorentina—slow-braised beef short ribs. The meat was tender and flavorful, though the lean parts were a bit firm. The sauce, made with red wine, black pepper, and broth, was rich and aromatic. The mashed potatoes underneath were a tad salty but decent. 🥩🍷 Lobster Pasta had a rocky start—the pasta was undercooked when it first arrived. But after we mentioned it, they replaced it with fresh, handmade Fettuccine. The noodles held the sauce perfectly and had great chew. The shrimp and lobster were plump and bouncy, and the lobster sauce—likely made from a rich broth using shrimp and lobster heads—was deeply flavorful, balanced beautifully with tomato. 🦞🍝 Have you tried Toscana?
