This Melbourne gastropub has leveled up

I particularly loved the ๐…๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐›๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ appetizer, enhanced with aged soy sauce-infused olive oil instead of butterโ€”it's even more fragrant๏ฝž After being charcoal-grilled, it's topped with seaweed flakes, perfect for an Asian palate! ๐–๐š๐ ๐ฒ๐ฎ ๐๐š๐œ๐จ๐ง ๐’๐ค๐ž๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ is somewhat like beef tongue skewers! Tender and juicy. For the entrees, ๐˜๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ง ๐“๐ฎ๐ง๐š ๐‚๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐จ was recommended with recent tweaks like fish roe sauce and improved avocado sauce. I found it tangy-sweet, quite appetizing๏ฝž ๐‚๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ฒ ๐ƒ๐ฎ๐œ๐ค ๐’๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ is sweet-savory with plum sauce. ๐Ÿฅ— And surprise! There's watermelon in the salad, quite innovative. The main course featured the ๐–๐š๐ ๐ฒ๐ฎ ๐’๐ญ๐ž๐š๐ค๐Ÿฅฉ I've been looking forward to. If you can't do medium rare, best to say in advance. We love it this way! Their French cooking style makes the medium rare just right!! Served with Bearnaise sauce for a flavorful twist, I personally find it an acquired taste, but those who love it, really love it. Complemented by crispy fries and a light salad ๐Ÿฅ—. Dessert was ๐€๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ž ๐“๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ž ๐“๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ง. The caramel was slightly sweet, but I can never say no to caramel apple tart ๐Ÿฅน!
