This omakase in New York is hyped as the number one in the whole USA!
πWhen it first opened, I tried twice to book a table at Yoshino, even setting alarms to grab a spot, but failed both times π. Now it's way easier to get a reservation, and it's really worth it! β¨ Their sakes and dishes are just amazing, like works of art that you almost don't want to eat. The only pity is that I missed out on the dried bonito and rice cake this time, which is a littleπ. π The scallops are just heavenly π. Grilled over the fire, they're slightly chewy with a smoky aroma, all wrapped in nori and served hot. When you take a bite, the fragrance just explodes in your mouth. π The portions are super generous. By the time I got to the sushi part, I was already full. By the end of the meal, I was so stuffed I could hardly walk, but I still want to come back for more! π Address: 342 Bowery, New York, NY 10012 π° $680 per person #yoshino #NewYorkomakase ππ
