This restaurant has excellent meat quality:Meat & Potatoes 🥔
We made a reservation for six o'clock on a weekend night. As soon as we sat down, the waiter asked if we wanted beef Wellington, as it takes 40-60 minutes to cook from scratch, so if we wanted to eat on time, we needed to inform the kitchen in advance. So, while we were ordering drinks, we confirmed our order for it. Later, after we finished our starters, the dish arrived on time, after about 40 minutes, which was a perfect timing. ✨ Wagyu Carpaccio Super thin slices of raw wagyu beef, so delicious! The meat melts in your mouth. The spices on top are quite special, with basil and jalapenos, not spicy but with a kick that enhances the flavor of the beef. ✨ Beef Wellington for 2 💲108, the portion is for two people, which is quite a good deal. The beef itself is so tender!! The texture is subtle, like meat but also like butter, but since it's filet, it's not greasy at all. The middle layer should be a ham and mushroom sauce, meant to lock in the moisture of the beef. The taste is quite delicious, but the sauce itself is a bit dry. #Pittsburgh #PittsburghFood #PittsburghShopExploration#WhereToGoOnTheWeekend #WeekendShopExploration #WhatToDoInPittsburgh
