This restaurant in Florence is authentic and delicious.

I dined at Il Latini in Florence for two consecutive nights. The secret to getting a table without a reservation and almost no waiting is to go after 9:30 PM! Many say that Florence's restaurants can be unwelcoming to tourists, especially Asians, but this place was truly exceptional. From the host to the waitstaff, everyone was incredibly patient and friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic.❀️❀️❀️ **T-bone Steak** - Priced per kilogram, a 1.5 kg steak costs around 90-100 euros. It's enormous and more than enough for two people. Note that this place only offers the steak rare. I usually prefer medium rare, but I found the rare steak a bit too raw and the connective tissues were tough to chew. If you're not particularly set on T-bone, I'd recommend trying other steak options. You can refer to the doneness in my photo (Figure 9) to make your decision.😻😻😻 **Steak with Mushrooms** - On my second visit, I ordered a steak with mushrooms, medium rare. It was delicious! **Pork Chop** - This was probably the most tender pork chop I've ever had. It completely exceeded my expectations and was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it without hesitation! **Bolognese Pasta** - Both the pork cheek and beef versions were excellent! For sides, I chose spinach. In Europe, aside from salads, I rarely eat vegetables, so it's essential to get some fiber. For appetizers and desserts, just order according to your preferences. They have a simple, home-cooked flavor. The salami was a pleasant surprise, not as salty as what I've had in the US, and it had a lot of depth in flavor.😍😍😍 In summary, if you're like me and didn't manage to book a table at a popular restaurant but still want to experience the authentic flavors of Florence from a century-old establishment, I highly recommend Il Latini. (I have to mention that ZaZa was a bit of a letdown. When we travel, we just want to have a good time, and it's really not worth waiting in line and dealing with unpleasant attitudes.) πŸ“ Il Latini Via dei Palchetti, 6R, 50123 Firenze FI, Italy #ItalianCuisine #FlorenceRestaurants #FlorenceFood
