This Restaurant Near the Palace of Versailles 🍽️✨

Every dish is a delightful surprise! 🎉 I finally made a reservation at Le Pincemin, this restaurant near the Palace of Versailles! It’s been on my list for ages, and every time I come to Versailles, I’ve wanted to try it. Unfortunately, I could never get a reservation or they were closed when I visited, but today I finally got in! 🙌💕 This restaurant is owned by Xavier Pincemin, the champion chef of Top Chef in 2016. He previously worked at Gordon Ramsay’s two-Michelin-star restaurant and later opened two restaurants in his hometown of Versailles. 🧑‍🍳🏆 Although this restaurant, Le Pincemin, has not yet received a Michelin star, it is recommended by the Michelin Guide. I believe the quality of the dishes rivals some one-star restaurants in Paris. It’s true that the most competitive places are often those striving for their first star! 🌟 The menu here primarily follows a French Omakase style, and they recently changed to an early spring menu. The lunch set is available at €65, €95, and €120. Since my friend doesn’t drink, we skipped the wine list. We chose the €65 six-course menu, which I think is more than enough for two girls! 😋🥂 Overall, this restaurant has an excellent performance. The bread and butter are homemade, and the service is attentive. With a 4.9 rating on Google and over 900 reviews, it truly deserves the accolades! The chef even came out during dessert to chat with everyone and took the opportunity to promote his other restaurant next door that specializes in world cuisine. I definitely need to try that next time! 🍰👨‍🍳 #ParisLife #RestaurantExploration #HiddenGemShare #Michelin #MichelinRestaurantRecommendation #ParisMichelin #ParisGuide #Versailles #France #FrenchCuisine #FrenchFood #FrenchMichelin #HiddenGems
