This Restaurant Was a Nice Surprise!
đˇMy friend and I were exploring Wynwood during Art Basel and decided to revisit KYU Miami since we remembered it fondly. However, the overall experience didnât quite match our memories. đ´We ordered the overcooked pancakes, which had a texture similar to microwaved foodâsoft and limpâand at $19, it wasnât worth it. The Japanese sweet potato was overwhelmed by butter, masking its natural sweetness. The Hamachi cream stew was rich and creamy, but still decent. đ đThe sushi pepper lacked flavor, though it was refreshing, almost like a garnish. The only somewhat passable dish was the duck, cooked reasonably well but nothing outstanding.
