This Seafood Paella in Vegas Transported My Soul Straight to Spain
Restaurant: Fideuà Taste of Spain This place made me feel like I was actually in Spain! I stumbled upon it during a Vegas trade show, just looking for a quick meal—and I was completely blown away. I’m still thinking about it days later. Authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and—most surprisingly—the owner speaks Chinese! I thought I was hearing things at first 😲. 🥗 Appetizer: Mediterranean Salad Loaded with avocado slices, sweet corn, red onion, cucumber, tomato, beetroot, black olives, and green olives. Every bite is a different texture—fresh, crunchy, and refreshing. Perfect to start with, especially if you prefer lighter flavors. 🥘 Main: Paella Mix (Chicken & Seafood) This paella is the soul of the meal. It’s made fresh to order—takes about 20–30 minutes. Served in the pan at your table ( the owner brings it over and lets you take photos first 📸—so thoughtful! Then he plates it for everyone Every grain of rice is infused with seafood and chicken broth, with fragrant saffron lingering in each bite. Chew slowly—it gets better! He even serves it with a side of yogurt to spoon over the rice—a unique and delicious twist. Ingredients are generous: squid, clams, shrimp, chicken chunks. Priced $33 per person, minimum 2 people. 🍮 Dessert Platter We originally just ordered almond cake, but the owner warmly suggested: “Try our dessert combo—you can’t miss it when you’re here!” 🍰 Almond Cake – Simple but stunning. Dense, fragrant, nutty, not too sweet. 🍰 Basque Cheesecake – Light, smooth, with a caramelized top. Subtly sweet with a hint of salt—very sophisticated. 🍮 Flan (Crème Caramel) – Rich caramel layer over creamy custard—just the right balance of bitter and sweet. 🍨 Vanilla Ice Cream with Caramelized Nuts – Ice cream is store-bought but high quality. Feels like a mini sundae—a perfect little finish. Verdict: So good! #LasVegasFoodFinds #SpanishCuisine #VegasEats #SEMA #VegasTravel #PaellaLover 🥘✨🇪🇸
