This place, with its super thick-cut steaks, is a must-try for anyone visiting Florence multiple times.😻😻😻😻 --- The steak here is divided by origin and weight, and the specialty is the thick-cut, massive steak! They even have options sourced from Japan. One portion is more than enough for two people. I stayed for three days and visited twice—it's that good! The beef has a rich, aromatic flavor of animal fat, with no hint of the gamy taste often found in medium-rare steaks. It's incredibly tender.💕💕💕 The edges of the steak are particularly succulent, with thick, juicy meat and a bit of fat and sinew. Pair it with a small bottle of red wine, and it's just as good as ZAZA, if not better.😍😍😍 --- The black truffle-stuffed Italian pasta dumplings and classic pasta dishes are also very generous in portion size! Two people can easily share one steak and two pasta dishes and still be very full. On our first visit, they even gave us a complimentary appetizer.
