Three Days of Delicious Surprises in Denver! 🍽️✨
I absolutely adore Denver—it’s clean, vibrant, and neighborhoods like RiNo and LoDo are full of charm! ❤️🏙️ Here’s what I ate during my three-day food adventure: 1️⃣ Safta A Michelin-recommended Israeli restaurant 🏆🌮. The Sababa Spritz cocktail with melon flavors was a stunning surprise—even better than Death & Co.! 🍹😍 The lamb ragu hummus and roasted eggplant with fluffy pita were soul-soothing 🥙💖. The roasted chicken was juicy, flavorful, and impressively aromatic with scallions 🍗🔥. For dessert, the malabi milk pudding was good, but the sauce was too sweet for our taste 🍮🤏. 2️⃣ Death & Co. We tried the Rocket No.9 and Daly Fizz cocktails—preferred the latter! 🍸✨ The steak tartare with crispy chips was a tasty pairing 🥩🍟. 3️⃣ Nocturne Perfect for date night with live jazz! 🎷🕺 The vibe was amazing, but the music outshone the cocktails, which outshone the food 😅🎶. 4️⃣ Pit Fiend Barbecue Meat sold by weight—ideal for trying everything! 🥩⚖️ We sampled brisket, pork belly, pork tenderloin, and spare ribs. The brisket and pork belly were the winners (fat = flavor 😋). Sadly, missed the pulled lamb! 🐑😢 5️⃣ Marco's Coal Fired Tuesday half-price Margherita pizza! 🍕💸 We added sausage and spicy salami toppings. The pizza itself was perfection—balanced sauce, fragrant cheese, and light crust. But the sausage texture was oddly tofu-like. 😅🌭 #USA #Denver#DenverFood #FoodDiary #MichelinEats #CocktailLovers #BBQTime #JazzNights #DateNightIdeas
