Three shops in Sri Lanka that I visited for three consecutive days
1️⃣ Shady Lane Mirissa Located in Mirissa, this light meal restaurant is tucked away on a modest side street but is definitely among the top three restaurants in Mirissa. If you arrive at 9 am, you can easily get a seat on the second floor. The entire restaurant has a very natural and healthy vibe. Their banana pancakes with banana and coconut cream, drizzled with caramel sauce, are truly exquisite. The iced latte also has the quality of urban coffee. 2️⃣ Ceylon Sliders Ahangama Situated between Mirissa and Gelle, this retail store has a very textured appearance among a row of small shops. The store sells handmade Sri Lankan swimsuits, foreign language books, and fragrances made from local plants. Outside the store is a light meal shop connected to the surfing beach. I particularly enjoy the kombucha tea! 3️⃣ The Bungalow Galle Fort - Restaurant & Bar Located in a small alley in Gelle, the front hall feels much like an art gallery, but walking in reveals a bustling restaurant. I had the same prawn pasta for two consecutive days. The aroma of olive oil and fried prawns is absorbed into the pasta, and with a touch of chili, it's very delicious. The crab curry with rice is also very local in flavor (you need to disassemble the crab yourself). # The Bungalow Galle Fort - Restaurant & Bar#Shady Lane Mirissa#Ceylon Sliders Ahangama#Mirissa#Galle#Sri lanka
