Time-Traveling in Vilnius 🇱🇹
🏨 Stay 🔆The highlight of my trip: Kempinski Hotel Vilnius! 🔆Prime location: Right opposite Cathedral Square, steps from the bustling Christmas market 🎄. 🔆Perks: A spacious city-view room + a thoughtfully packed breakfast box for my early flight. 🔆So impressed, I immediately booked Kempinski Singapore for my next trip! 🚶♀️ Itinerary (Half-Day Sprint!) 🌞Though rushed, Vilnius charmed me with its layered history and vibrant energy: Old Town: A mosaic of Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque architecture, blended with modern touches—like walking through time. 🌞Gates of Dawn: A must-see (but no photos inside the chapel!). 🌞Republic of Užupis: The quirky "artist republic" with its mind-opening Constitution Wall ("Everyone has the right to be happy... or unhappy"). ✅Christmas Market: More contemporary and lively than Tallinn/Riga’s traditional fairs. 🍽️ Bites & Sips 🍻 Etno Dvaras ✅A famed "cave" restaurant (literally in a cellar!). ✅Try the hot berry tea and pork soup—skip the overhyped potato dumplings. 🍮 Café Montmartre 🥬A cozy spot at a Old Town crossroads. Their healing desserts are worth an afternoon of lazy people-watching. 🍛 Sues Indian Raja 🥬Cathedral Square’s go-to for curry cravings. Crowded at dinner but a solid break from European fare. #Lithuania #Vilnius #EuropeTravel #ArchitectureLover
