The Constitution of the Republic of Užupis is one of the coolest and most unique things you’ll find in Vilnius. Posted on a wall in multiple languages, it’s a mix of philosophy, humor, and human rights – all wrapped in a quirky, artistic spirit.

The whole area of Užupis has this creative, bohemian vibe, and the constitution fits right in. It’s both funny and thought-provoking, with lines like “Everyone has the right to be happy” and “Everyone has the right to make mistakes.” You can’t help but smile as you read through it.
