What's most special is their fresh, handmade pasta, which is incredibly thin and melts in your mouth. You can even watch the Italian chef perform live "noodle pulling" right before your eyes. How can it not be Italy's own Lanzhou pulled noodles? The wine list is quite unique too! Servers bring a basket of wines for you to choose from right at your table 🍾 Truffle tagliatelle and beef ragu are considered the main attractions here. In addition to these, I also recommend the San Daniele ham 🥓 PROSCIUTTO SAN DANIELE It has a softer texture and isn't overly salty. Served with crunchy focaccia, it's simply divine!
