Today, I want to share a bakery near K-Town! πŸŒ†

πŸ“ Bourke Street Bakery 15 E 28th St, New York, NY 10016 πŸƒ This bakery is like a little wonderland! 🌟 What drew me in was their Shakshuka Croissant. You can see the cross-section: flaky pastry on the outside, wrapped around tomatoes, spices, and an egg. πŸƒ It’s like taking the classic Shakshuka from a small iron skillet and giving it a whole new form! So cool! And it tastes just like delicious Shakshuka. The only downside is that the egg wasn’t runny, which felt like it was missing a bit of its soul. πŸ₯š I also tried the Pistachio Matcha Croissant! It’s not sweet at all, super crispy, and the pistachio flavor is really strong. If you take a closer bite, you can catch a hint of the matcha’s delicate fragrance. Definitely worth a try! πŸƒ πŸƒ Overall, the bakery is pretty good. If you’re in the K-Town area or, like me, love trying quirky and unique foods, give it a shot! I’ll probably be back (because I saw a sausage puff pastry that looked super juicy and delicious!). πŸ₯ͺ #NewYork 🌟
