Today’s Gorgeous Pokhara Meal ✨
One energy bowl lasts all day, nary a hunger pang after an hour of Zumba—this weight loss plan is solid! Living in Pokhara, I’m always charmed by the healthy eats around the corner. Today’s brunch was from that light meal spot hidden behind a flower trellis—its energy bowl in the glass case looked like a spilled paint palette: avocado sliced into crescents, resting on a hill of purple cabbage shreds, with crispy roasted quinoa and pumpkin chunks beneath, half a runny fried egg nestled beside, and mango sauce drizzled like a little stream. Just looking at it, I thought, “This bowl comes with a built-in slimming buff” 🥗. Planned to take a tiny bite as breakfast, but one spoonful hooked me: quinoa crunched, mixed with pumpkin sweetness; avocado was creamy, wrapped in mango sauce tang, as fresh as a breeze off Phewa Lake. The best part? The satiety—even though I didn’t eat much, my stomach felt like it held a warm little heater, steady and satisfying. Felt inspired to hit a Zumba class in the afternoon 💃, shimmying with the instructor for a full hour, sweat dripping down my chin, heart pounding like a drum. Yet when it ended, not a single hunger twinge. Usually by now I’d be craving carbs, but today I only wanted an iced Americano. Glancing at the empty bowl, confidence surged: with this metabolism, who wouldn’t slim down! Walking back to the guesthouse with the empty bowl, sunset painted the lake gold-red. Suddenly, I was dying to replicate this bowl at home—when I return, I’ll stock up on quinoa, chia seeds, pick a perfectly ripe avocado, and arrange it just like Pokhara’s version. Maybe even during weight loss, I can eat this beautifully and satisfyingly~ #Pokhara #Nepal #LivingAbroad #Travel #Food
