Tokugawa - New York's New Affordable and Delicious Omakase 🌟Tokugawa
📍 1022 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10075 The average price per person plus a cup of plum wine is only $150🔪. It's really a great deal! There are a total of 13 pieces of sushi🍣, one hand roll, one bowl of soup, eel steamed egg, and the dessert is matcha chiffon cake🍵. 🌿🌟 This restaurant was discovered by following the owner of a Japanese restaurant that my friend really likes. There are many Japanese people in the restaurant, and you can also order à la carte. For à la carte, I recommend their large rolls. They are big and delicious! The toro inside is packed with flavor. One bite releases a rich, fatty taste, and the pieces are really large 😗. 🍣Sake Dishes There aren't many sake dishes, only one, but you can taste five different elements in it. The small crabs were a delightful surprise. They have a unique texture and are fried to a crispy perfection 🍔. 🍣Sushi Among the 13 pieces of sushi, there are some really impressive flavors. The red seabream and horse mackerel have amazing textures. Bluefin tuna is always my favorite. The amount of wasabi and soy sauce is just right. They don't overpower the natural flavor of the fish. The sea urchin tastes fresh and matches the price well. 🌿🌟 The hand roll tastes a bit strange to me, maybe because I don't like the radish shreds inside. Still, the fatty tuna is my favorite! 😃 #NewYork 🌆🌿🌟
