I visit this place once a year, and I’ve watched its prices steadily climb. 🍃🌸 However, with other so-called "mystical" restaurants now charging 30,000 yen per person,this one is definitely worth it! 💰 🌿The tempura is as thin as cicada wings, with a crispy shell that gives way to a tower of fish. It feels like each dish is seeking a balance between lightness and richness. 🍤 🍃🌸 The main course was a delightful surprise—pigeon. 🌿In other Michelin restaurants, the meat dishes often fall short,but this one held its own and was truly stunning. 🐽 The skin was crispy, and the meat was tender, with distinct layers,yet the center had a smoothness like fish fat. 🍃🌸 The sauce, made from pigeon blood, was surprisingly not gamey at all—quite unique! 🍽️ 🌿And the toasted bread with fermented rice butter was simply divine. 🍃🌸See you again at the end of the year, Crony! 🥂 #HiddenGemRestaurant #DeliciousDining 🌿
