Tokyo's Dessert Mania 🍬
❶ Equilibre The one and only Shunji Tokunaga, the god of desserts at the Tokyo Grand Hotel, is the creator of the Mont Blanc. 🎢🍃 I chose three cakes, and they were all stunning—delicious and flawless. 🍬Especially this seemingly ordinary cheesecake—it was incredibly delicious! 🥹 ❷ Mont st.clair Hiroki Tsujiguchi's Okinawa Black Sugar and Hokkaido Strawberry Cake is a must-try. On the day I visited, they had an upgraded version with white strawberries. 🎢🍃 The black sugar flavor wasn't very prominent, but it was as expected. 🍬The mousse was quite impressive, and the laser-cut strawberry mille-feuille was fascinating! 🍰 ❸ LESS by Gabriele Riva & Kanako Sakakura Small but exquisite.
