Tokyo's High-End Desserts ð
Koyoino Parfait at Kagurazaka The top layer is classic vanilla and chocolate, while the bottom layer is ginger and fig flavored. It's quite rich. For me, it was a bit too sweet, but still very tasty. ðŠ ðð¥ INITIAL Omotesando Chestnut citrus and banana chocolate flavors. The chestnut citrus was incredibly delicious and surprising, but the banana chocolate had too much ice cream underneath, making it a bit too rich. ðð« del'immo ðð¥ Grape berry, Earl Grey tea, and strawberry flavors. The grape was tangy and refreshing, the Earl Grey tea was decent, but the strawberry was not great. Overall, it's a safe choice but not particularly outstanding. ðð Chiyoda ðžð° Melon and mango flavors. The melon was simple but elegant, showcasing high-quality ingredients without the need for complex preparation. In comparison, the mango was quite ordinary. ðð¥ Night Parfait Specialist ðð¥ These are the famous night parfaits that are often recommended, but none of them were good. The flavor combinations were strange, and the quality of the ingredients was poor. Many toppings were reused across different parfaits, lacking uniqueness. ðžð° The craftsmanship was also lacking, like the chocolate on top of the one in p15, which looked like... well, let's just say it wasn't appealing. ð€ Ito Kyuemon A plain matcha parfait. Nothing special, but it gets the job done. ðµ Random Shops I Walked Into ðžð° The matcha one was near Kiyomizu-dera, and the apple one was in Shinsaibashi. Both were decent but nothing to write home about. ððµ #DeliciousDesserts #SweetTreats #HighEndDesserts ðžð°
