In Hokkaido, there's a unique culture of enjoying closing parfait, similar to how people in other parts of Japan might have a bowl of ramen after night a out at an izakaya, called. ð° But in Hokkaido, they swap the ramen for a parfait! One reason is that Hokkaido's dairy products are just that good! ðŒ ð This shop uses cream sourced from Hokkaido, which really sets it apart from other places.
