Tokyo | Coffee☕️ Check-In Record(2)

Saladday Coffee 🌊🎢 Near Akihabara, on a Saturday afternoon at around 3 p.m., there happened to be an empty seat. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised to find that the pour-over coffee was only 500-800 yen. At first, the barista's brewing method startled me. 🌊🎢 They brewed two cups simultaneously, not using a continuous stream of water. They would pour a bit of water on the left, then on the right, and finally pour a large amount of water. As soon as the water was added, the cups were taken away. Watching this seemingly chaotic brewing process, combined with the coffee's modest price, made me think I had chosen the wrong coffee shop. 🌊🎢 However, when I tasted the coffee, I realized my worries were unfounded. It was not only good but exceptionally delicious, with no impurities and a very clean taste. The flavors kept changing from the beginning to the middle to the end, presenting a variety of tastes as the temperature dropped. It was as if I were traveling to many different places at the same time or quickly flipping through a thick book, with each page leaving a deep impression. I forgot to check if they sold beans, but it seems the owner runs the shop more out of interest. I hope it's still there when I visit next time! 🌊🎢 Philocoffea The 46 Devil's Brew method. Philocoffea has opened a store in Tokyo, located in Omotesando, on the basement level. The outside area is a bit odd and lacks seating. I ordered a cup of beans at a higher price. 🌊🎢 Watching the unfamiliar immersion brewing method did make me a bit anxious. The timing for soaking and controlled water flow was very tight. The coffee tasted quite good, living up to its reputation as the pioneer of the immersion method. 🌊🎢However, the price for this cup was a bit high. I'll visit the original store if I get the chance next time. #TokyoPourOverCoffee #TokyoCoffee 🌇🌟
