Tokyo | Interesting, Affordable, and Delicious Saladday Coffee(1)

🌿🌟I've been here twice and tried five different types of beans and an espresso. I really feel that this coffee is very unique. Saladday coffee is near Akihabara Station. Space: Simple, it's just a large open space. When it's crowded, the owner will assign you a seat. 🎢🍃 If there are two seats at the bar for two people, but he feels the space is too cramped, he won't let you sit there. It's a feeling of being arranged, but not in a way that's annoying. 🌿🌟 The owner roasts the beans himself and runs the shop. If he's busy with an order, he'll finish that before taking your order. This level of focus is different from what I experienced at glitch. I visited twice and never felt like their baristas were really concentrating on making coffee. 🎢🍃 They have a wide variety of types, including espresso, pour-over, and even tonic Americano, which I don't see much in Japan. 🌿🌟They also have Guatemalan coffee cherry tea. The roast level is a bit unique. Saladday mostly uses medium roast. The espresso blend is also medium roast. 🎢🍃 This is different from some trendy shops that prefer very light or light roasts, and also different from the traditional coffee shops that like medium-dark roasts. The medium roast gives the beans a nice sweetness. 🌿🌟 #SaladdayCoffee
