Tokyo | Sushi Kanesaka 🍣✨

Shinji Kanetaka, my Japanese cuisine guide, has been a favorite of mine for years. I've visited his Macau branch over 30 times—it's even my lucky restaurant where I once won a RM after drinking too much! 🍣✨ This time in Tokyo, I made sure to visit the flagship store. Mr. Kanetaka is so approachable and friendly He wore his iconic golden - embroidered jacket, and greeted us warmly in Chinese 🍣✨His business empire is huge now, but he still insists on personally overseeing two sessions a day. That's truly impressive! 🌟 Back to the food, the seafood is top - notch. The tuna and sea urchin were amazing. The sushi pieces are small and adorable. The appetizers are complex and rich in flavor. The overall taste is a bit salty, which pairs perfectly with a drink. 🍣✨ The entire set meal is very complete and delightful. It's just a little on the pricey side, haha. But definitely worth it!
