Tokyo Michelin-Recommended Rokko Ramen in Roppongi 🌟
🌟Last time I was in Japan, I missed out on trying Rokko Ramen. 🍜This time, I finally made time to visit and check it off my list. After waiting in line for over 40 minutes, I finally got a seat. I ordered the signature soy sauce truffle ramen and the yuzu ramen. 🌟 The soy sauce version is the one recommended by Michelin. 🍜Usually, I prefer tonkotsu ramen and love rich broths, but the soy sauce broth here was surprisingly thick and flavorful—I drank it all! 🌟 The wontons had a delightful surprise filling. The noodles were on the firmer side, with a nice chewiness. The chef slaps the noodles vigorously while cooking them.
