Tokyo Palace Hotel | Sushi Kanesaka 🍣

Before heading to Tokyo, I calculated the travel time from the airport to the hotel. I booked a reservation for 7:00 p.m. a few days in advance. 🍣 After checking in and unpacking, I arrived at the restaurant at 6:50 p.m.—perfect timing! 🕰️ The restaurant is a counter-style sushi bar with two set menus: Sushi Course 🍣 Prix Fixe Sushi (I chose this one after arriving) The first dish was packed with crab meat—delicious! 🦀 But the rest didn't leave a strong impression. There was no cod milt or pufferfish milt, which was a bit disappointing. 🍣The white wine list wasn't very appealing either.
