Tokyo Ramen Adventure (2)🍜
🌇🌟The noodles themselves, how to put it... they were delicious. The chicken broth was very fresh, enhanced with a special selection of soy sauce and seafood. You could also taste a strong, rich mushroom flavor and truffle notes. They must have used a lot of mushrooms when simmering the broth. 🌇🌟 However, I might have a bias towards lighter soy sauce-based broths (I prefer richer flavors like tsukemen or tonkotsu ramen, which are more direct and down-to-earth, since ramen is originally a comfort food). So, it wasn't particularly mind-blowing for me. It felt like a more upscale version of a Northeastern Chinese chicken and mushroom stew. 🌟 If you enjoy light-flavored ramen or happen to be in Roppongi with time to wait in line, it's worth a try. 🌇🌟 But I don't think it's necessary to make a special trip here. That's my take. 🍜 #RamenCeiling #ImmersiveJapaneseCuisine #JapaneseRamen 🌇🌟
