Top 39 in the World: A Magical Bar in Paris Marais

🐱I want to recommend a truly enchanting bar in the Marais district, which was awarded a place in The World’s 50 Best Bars in 2025. It’s incredibly popular, and sometimes there’s even a line on weekday evenings. 🐱I really love the concept of this bar, as the two floors are completely different. 🐱Upstairs is a “proper” cocktail bar where the bartenders craft their drinks. Most of the cocktails here are on the sweeter side. I highly recommend the Ramos Yogurt Drink! It’s very approachable and perfect for those who enjoy sweeter drinks. The Jasmin is also delicious, with a refreshing taste. 🐱Downstairs has a laboratory theme. Although the menu looks similar to the one upstairs, you need a UV flashlight to reveal the true menu. 🐱They use distillation techniques to create the drinks, which are then stored in bottles and chilled. The flavors are generally stronger than those upstairs, but I personally prefer the lighter, sweeter drinks from the top floor.
