Top 8 Must-See Spots in Vancouver's Stanley Park 🌳🌹

🌅Stanley Park, known as the largest park in Canada, is a place I could visit five times and never get bored 😋! There are just too many interesting spots to explore, suitable for all ages.🌳 Stanley Park is surrounded by the sea on three sides. As you walk through, you’ll be greeted by lakes, forests 🌲, and stunning scenery—perfect for cycling and walking. If you’re lucky, you might even encounter wild raccoons , gray wolves 🐕, and seals 🦭 along the way! 🌟 Here are the 8 most famous spots in Stanley Park: Totem Poles There are 9 totem poles located near the Brockton Point Lighthouse.😋 These are actually replicas; 🌳the originals were moved and preserved in the 1980s. Even though they’re not the real ones, they’re still one of Stanley Park’s most popular attractions. You’ll also find cute mini versions of these totem poles in souvenir shops. 🛍️ Prospect Point 😋If you’re short on time and can only visit one place in Stanley Park, I’d recommend this spot. 🌅 Prospect Point is at the northernmost tip of the park, offering breathtaking views of Vancouver’s landmark—Lions Gate Bridge. The elevated position also provides panoramic views of West and North Vancouver, and you can often see ferries passing by in the harbor. 🌳 The scenery is absolutely stunning! 🌅 Brockton Point Lighthouse Located on the easternmost tip of Stanley Park, this lighthouse is another iconic landmark. However, I found the views and the overall experience a bit underwhelming. We spent only about 5 minutes here before moving on. 😅 🌅Stanley Park Rose Garden From June to July, the rose garden bursts into bloom with 3,500 roses in full flower. With a wide variety of species, it’s a perfect spot for flower enthusiasts. 🌹 Girl in a Wetsuit Statue This statue is located on the northern coast of the park.🦝 😋 Due to its resemblance to Copenhagen’s Little Mermaid, it’s often criticized as a copycat. 🌳 Despite the controversy, it remains a popular spot for tourists. 🧍‍♀️ The Seawall This is the main route for cycling and walking. 🌹 The path is thoughtfully designed with separate lanes for pedestrians and cyclists, ensuring a smooth experience. Along the way, you’ll enjoy views of Vancouver’s skyline, Lions Gate Bridge, English Bay, sandy beaches, and forests.🌹 The Seawall is 9 kilometers long. It takes about 2 hours to walk and 1 hour to cycle. 🚴‍♀️ 🌳Siwash Rock Located on the rocky shore on the northwest side of Stanley Park, this 32-million-year-old rock is quite a sight to behold on a clear day.😋 According to Indigenous legend, it was once a revered chief who was turned into stone. 🌅 🌹#Vancouver #StanleyPark #StanleyParkAdventures
