Toronto’s Kid-Friendly Parks: Gairloch Gardens
🌟I love exploring and have gradually unlocked some great parks for kids. Sharing them here for friends who might enjoy them and take advantage of the springtime after the long winter. 🌟The garden is located in Oakville, near the lake, and it’s small but exquisitely beautiful. It’s perfect for sunbathing, sketching, or just daydreaming by the lake. The park has a garden with a variety of flowers, often a spot for artists to sketch. There are two ponds, one of which is designed as a Japanese garden, frequently visited by ducks, which kids love. 🌟There’s a small museum on the hillside where you can also overlook the lake. The parking lot is small, but there’s usually a spot available. 🌟Last time we visited, we went to a nearby Mississauga restaurant, Watan Kabob - Dundas. Their lamb leg meal is good, and there’s no need for a tip. The adjacent Summit Garden Chinese Cuisine is also pretty good, with great value for money. #StrollingWithKids #GreatPlacesForKids #Park #Toronto #Oakville #Canada #Spring #Garden
