The photo-op potential here is seriously high! I went around 4 PM and was barely there for an hour before they started ushering people out 🥹. There are several floors (I can’t remember exactly how many) and it’s pretty spacious; I got a bit disoriented. I suggest going earlier. Little tips: Buy tickets in advance: Purchasing tickets online can save you time and avoid waiting in line. The key point is that entry is free for those under 25, new immigrants, and students!!! Free admission times: There’s a free admission period offered weekly, typically on Wednesday afternoons. If you’re free, you can go on Wednesdays. Explore multicultural art: AGO’s collection covers artworks from all over the world, with a rich display of Canadian Indigenous art. Don’t miss these exhibitions; they showcase the charm of Canada’s multiculturalism. I’m not very artistic, so I just glanced and left 😅. Art workshops and events: There are often art workshops, lectures, and performance events held here. There are also regular seasonal exhibitions 🎄 like Christmas or summer special exhibitions. Check if there’s a special exhibition when you plan to go. Free guided tours are available!!! They provide a deeper understanding of the stories and art history behind the exhibits. I couldn’t make use of it; I wouldn’t understand even if they explained it in English 😅😅😅😅. #CanadianLife #Toronto #art #TorontoLife #TorontoArt #AGO #CulturalExploration #TodayIAmAnArtViewer #ArtExhibitionPhotos #ArtGalleryPhotos #PhotoCheckIn #FashionLiesInTheDetails
