Toronto | Delicious Pasta in North York 🍝
🌟Didn’t know what to eat for dinner, so I scrolled through the map for a while and saw this place with good ratings, not far away, so I quickly booked a spot for one. I didn’t have high hopes, but when ordering, I asked the server which dish she liked and went with her recommendation. The result was a complete surprise. 🌟▪️ Braised Beef Gnocchi Promise me, if you come here, you must order this dish. The braised beef is tender and not dry, with a flavor that suits the Chinese palate perfectly. The sauce is enriched with small pieces of carrot and potato for texture, combined with cheese, spices, garlic, etc. The highlight is the gnocchi, which includes ricotta in the recipe, making each piece burst in your mouth with a smooth, glutinous, and soft texture. It’s the kind of feeling that entwines with your tongue. Eating a piece of gnocchi with a piece of beef, the pasta seems to melt in the fibers of the beef, simply dazzling. 🌟The soup of the day was a bit ordinary, a corn parmesan cheese soup, just an average soup, a bit on the salty side. 🌟▪️ Lemon Panna Cotta This sweet and tangy dessert, served with canned yellow peaches and a crispy, sweet crunch on top, really has the finishing touch with some basil leaves – perfect if you’re a basil lover like me. The combination of sweet and tangy with the aroma of basil is the last bit of satisfaction for your stomach after a meal. However, the yellow peaches and their juice were a bit too sweet, overpowering the balance of the dessert itself. It would be better if it were less sweet. 🌟Overall, I would definitely come back to try other dishes for more surprises. The ambiance is great, suitable for dates, birthdays, anniversaries, etc., and there’s a large private dining room that’s perfect for important gatherings. 🌟The washrooms are very unique and photo-friendly, with a staircase opposite a mirror where you can watch your shoes step down one by one, reminiscent of scenes from movies. Friends in North York, you really should give it a try.
