Toronto | A Hidden Gem Restaurant That Won't Disappoint 🍽️

The ambiance is quite nice and very cozy, definitely a place I'd come back to. The prices and portion sizes are also very reasonable and considerate πŸ’—. If you can't eat cilantro 🌿, remember to ask for it to be left out. 🍽️🍽️🍽️ πŸ™ Pulpo Anticuchero: Marinated octopus that's then grilled to enhance the flavor. Served with small potatoes πŸ₯” and corn to enrich the texture. 🐟 Ceviche Mixto: Includes mahi-mahi, mussels, sweet potatoes 🍠, squid, shrimp, octopus, and Peruvian corn 🌽. Everything except the mahi-mahi is cooked. Despite not being raw, it doesn't taste raw at all. I personally don't eat raw food. Marinated with lime juice, the texture is very refreshing, with a sweet and sour taste. πŸ₯© AjΓ de Pollo: Peruvian yellow pepper sauce stewed with shredded chicken breast. It's not very spicy, but it's very fragrant. Strangely, it has a hint of curry flavor, and it's very palatable with rice. πŸ– Seco de Cordero: A huge leg, cooked with peas πŸ«› until the meat is very tender. Another great dish for pairing with rice. The lamb is first fried and then stewed with the sauce until it's thick and rich. When you bite into it, the meat is so tender it melts in your mouth, with no gamey taste. 🍹 Chicha Morada: Tastes nothing like corn. It's made with cinnamon, cloves, and pineapple 🍍, so it's more like a fruity drink. #Toronto #TorontoEats #DowntownToronto #Food #RestaurantExploration #TorontoFoodExploration #WeekendGetaway #TorontoLife ### Name: Pisac Peruvian Bistro Address: 195 Carlton St., Toronto Type: Restaurant ###
