Toronto Area | Refreshing Hiking Destination!

🌲 Hey, friends! Today, I want to share an amazing hiking spot with you—Mono Cliffs Provincial Park, located near Orangeville. This scenic provincial park is the perfect place for a refreshing outdoor adventure. The park is quite spacious, with several small ponds scattered throughout. The trees around the ponds are lush, and especially at this time of year, the apple trees are fragrant with ripe fruit. The cool temperatures make it an ideal spot for hiking. 🅿 Tickets & Parking Info 🅿 Good news—there’s no admission fee! But remember to book your parking spot in advance! You can find the link to the official website via Google Maps. Parking costs $8.50 per vehicle for a 4-hour period. Alternatively, you can park for free at the Mono Community Center, which is convenient and easy. 🚶‍♀ Hiking Trails 🚶‍♂ Starting from the free parking lot, follow the green Cliff Top Side Trail. Along the way, you’ll pass a scenic lookout with breathtaking views—perfect for photos! Then, take the blue Walter Tovell Trail on your return. This trail is relatively easy, mostly downhill, and offers beautiful pond views. 📸 Embrace the Beauty of Nature! 📸 The entire hike takes about 2 hours, giving you plenty of time to immerse yourself in nature’s beauty. Be sure to save the map ahead of time, as cell service might be spotty. Come to Mono Cliffs Provincial Park and connect with nature—it’s a wonderful way to enjoy life! 🌳 🌞🚶‍♀ Do you have any favorite hiking trails? Feel free to share and let’s explore together! #TorontoLife #TorontoGetaways #TorontoHiking
