Toronto Island · Paddling and SUP Adventure in the City 🚣

🌱 Toronto’s summer is just beautiful~ Paddling on the island is so chill The scenery is unmatched, and the boat rental prices are affordable. This time, being a bit braver, I discovered that the area of water that looks amazing in skyline photos is actually quite shallow, calm, and safe. It’s pet-friendly; we even took our bunny rabbit on a boat ride last time. There are so many swans 🦢 in the water, and they’re not afraid of people. It was my first time getting super close to them. I tried Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) 🏄🏻‍♀️ again, and this time a friend taught me to balance by standing up with the paddle. Once I was up, there was no stopping me! It’s a new world, less tiring, and so much fun. I want to go a few more times before autumn! We also spent some time kayaking 🚣 with friends this time. It feels a bit faster than a canoe 🛶 but very stable. I lay back and soaked up the sun while the dog did the paddling 🤭 The first hour of boat and board rental is about $30, and then$10 per hour after that. Besides that, there are also outdoor classes and activities, like SUP yoga, cleaning the river, glow-in-the-dark kayaking, and more. They all sound fun and meaningful. They provide life jackets 🦺 and lockers, and you can bring your phone in a waterproof bag. With the sky above and the vast expanse of blue below, the sunlight dances on your skin, the breeze caresses your face, and the ripples glisten. Life is a thousand springs and sceneries 🍃 #TakeYourPaddleboardToTheWater #OutdoorWaterSports #GreatPlaceForOutdoors #SUP #Kayaking #OutdoorsIsMyGrowthHobby #TorontoIsland #TorontoSummer #GreatPlaceToPlayInSummer
