Toronto|Patois 🇯🇲|Oxtail Bones Are Absolutely Delicious 🍽️
This is a fusion restaurant blending Jamaican and Asian flavors. At first, I was worried it might be a hit or miss, but once the oxtail bones arrived, they were incredibly tasty! The dumplings dipped in the sauce are amazing! The Jamaican-style roast chicken was pretty tender, but the white meat inside was a bit bland. Maybe dipping it in sauce would enhance the flavor. Still, it's quite tasty with a little kick of spice 😋. We also tried the classic fried chicken, which was quite good. The outer crust was crispy and delicious. Another standout was the Jerk Lobster Nuggets, which I found impressive. It seemed like there was half a lobster and some potato chunks in there. I absolutely loved the seasoning! The lobster chunks were shelled, with a crispy outside and a super tender inside. For dessert, we had the French Toast, which reminded me of a sweet Hong Kong-style toast. It was delicious, though a bit sweet but not overwhelming! I’m really happy with all the dishes we tried today. Friends, you should definitely give this place a try 😄. Oh, and the Jamaican soda Ting was really refreshing! #TorontoRestaurants #HiddenGemsInToronto #DailyFoodShare #TorontoStudentLife #TorontoEats #TorontoDTRestaurants #TorontoUnderratedEateries
