Toronto Surroundings | Kingston | Chez Piggy Restaurant Food Recommendations 🔥
Who says Kingston is a culinary desert? This restaurant is very popular among locals. You can often see well-dressed grandparents and young ladies with their dogs 🐩 leisurely enjoying coffee and afternoon tea here. 🍴Restaurant Atmosphere: The restaurant is divided into indoor and outdoor areas. The interior is decorated in a retro and artistic style, with two floors and a spiral staircase that's perfect for photos. Plus, you'll find many cute pig 🐖 elements throughout the restaurant, haha. The outdoor patio is located in an alley between two buildings, focusing on a natural vibe! While dining, be careful to dodge those super plump bees, it feels like you're in an animated cartoon, hahaha. 🥐Food Recommendations: It's said that when you come to Piggy, you must try the confit duck legs (seemingly only available for dinner) and oysters 🦪. For lunch and brunch, highly recommend trying the daily specials, which taste much better than the regular menu items! Oyster Oysters from Prince Edward Island. We ordered two and a half plates, with the price that day being about 20🔪 for a half plate, and around 38🔪 for a full plate. 1/2 Sandwich w Mushroom & Wild Rice A croissant-based sandwich filled with spicy Capocollo cured meat slices, red and green onions, tomatoes, and a small bowl of shredded carrots. It's incredibly fragrant! Pulled Pork Sandwich The most recommended dish! The pork portion is very generous, girls might not know where to start (not very suitable for couples on a first date, as it can get messy with sauce all over your mouth). Lemon Caper Fish Cake The fish cake is made with potatoes and cod (not 100% sure), served with arugula and a lemon-caper vinaigrette. The portion is not large, four pieces in total, friends who like fish can give it a try. However, I felt a slight fishy smell. The Chez Piggy Club Not recommended. Ordinary sliced bread with a few thin slices of meat, lettuce, and some chips, it's just average. Summary: The front entrance is perfect for taking photos📷, suitable for casual daily brunches, with a natural environment. Choose the patio if possible, if not, opt for the second floor, and if there's no space, sit on the first floor at least there are no bees🐝. #RomanticLifeDocumenter #RestaurantRecommendation #KingstonFood #KingstonExplore #TorontoSurroundings #TorontoSurroundingsGoodPlace #TorontoSurroundingsFood
