Trattoria Dall‘oste
As soon as I walked in, I was stunned by the walls covered with pictures of bulls and couldn't move for a moment. I saw two Asian staff members, one Chinese and one Korean. At first, I didn't recognize them, but then I suddenly heard the Chinese girl quietly walk over and ask, "Do you need a Chinese menu?" We ordered tartare and the famous T-bone steak:❤️❤️❤️ I truly had the best steak of my life. At 87€ per kilogram, it was probably the most expensive steak I've ever had. But it was worth every penny. The fresh, milky aroma and the thick, medium-rare beef texture were an experience to savor.😻😻😻 The only downside was that after the Chinese girl finished her shift, the local waiter asked if we wanted our steak medium or medium medium. I didn't know how to say "seven parts cooked," and I thought the second option would be rarer... In fact, medium was already a bit too rare for my taste. If you plan to visit, remember to review how to say "seven parts cooked" in English beforehand.💕💕💕 Now about the tartare: I never expected it to be a plate of raw beef + raw egg yolk + cheese. It was very fresh and had a slightly sour, cool taste. But for us Chinese, it was like eating air; we couldn't really taste anything. I'd suggest opting for pasta instead. 😂 Here's a little tip: you can take your leftovers to go and enjoy them later. We did just that and had a delicious bowl of Master Kong beef-flavored instant noodles for dinner. #FlorenceCuisine
