Travel Diary - Visiting the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium 🎨
🗓️ Chose to go on the first Wednesday of the month for free admission! 🏞️ Inside is super spacious! I walked so much my feet went numb and I only saw half of it. But I found “The Death of Marat” wasn’t hard to locate; it’s just quietly sitting at some corner. 🖼️ Besides the iconic “The Death of Marat”, the museum is also famous for its collection of 17th-century Dutch Golden Age still life paintings, a significant product of the rising European commodity economy. These paintings usually depict everyday objects with exquisite detail, soft lighting, and rich details, a real treat for art lovers. 🌟 There are also various famous works. Besides the beautiful paintings, the internal architecture of the museum is breathtaking! It’s luxurious and full of substance – it’s like being immersed in the world of European court art. #BelgiumTravelGuide #BelgiumOffTheBeatenPath
