Traveling in Japan - Food Edition! (1)🌟
Some super yummy meals from this trip! 🎢🍃 This time, I stayed near Ningyocho in Tokyo, which made it super convenient for eating, drinking, heading to the airport, and visiting tourist spots. 🗺 🍮 In Atami, I tried some snacks, and the most memorable one was the Atami pudding shown in picture 2! Hippo pudding! It's definitely worth a try. 🍮 🍖 Ningyocho Yakiniku: At Yakiniku Happy, I had the beef tongue platter, which included thinly sliced beef tongue, thickly sliced beef tongue, and scallion-cooked beef tongue. After finishing one plate, I immediately ordered another! They have a Chinese menu, and all the grilled meats are super delicious! 🍖 🪼 Tsukishima Monja Moheji Ningyocho - This is a super popular monjayaki shop among young Japanese people. Even though I went at 10 p.m., I still had to wait in line for 30 minutes! At first, I was hesitant to try monjayaki and ordered okonomiyaki and yakisoba instead. 🎢🍃 To my surprise, they were the best okonomiyaki and yakisoba I've ever had! Even though there were still many people in line, some of the staff members sat at a table and started eating monjayaki themselves. So after finishing the okonomiyaki and yakisoba, I added monjayaki to my order. 🎢🍃 It was incredibly delicious and something I'll always miss as a late-night snack to go with drinks back in Sydney! 🍖 #Tokyo 🌆
