The restaurant is located on the rooftop terrace of the Hermitage Hotel . ❤️ Take the elevator to the fifth floor and then walk up one more flight of stairs to get there. 👍 In the summer, with the open-air setting, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio. 💕 When it comes to the scenery, this place is absolutely impeccable. 😍 However, the seating in the restaurant is just average. 🦑 The menu features traditional Italian dishes. 🐟 We ordered a cheese platter, which was just okay. We also had truffle eggs, truffle pasta, and truffle breaded pork cutlet. The truffle eggs come with three eggs per serving. The taste is good, but it feels a bit too much. The truffle pasta is really nice; the noodles are cooked to the perfect softness. We created a new way to enjoy it: mixing the pasta with the eggs, which was great. The breaded pork cutlet was just average; the layer of cream on top was a bit greasy. Overall, it's decent. You can consider coming here for lunch.
