🍣 Sushi The sushi has some truly amazing flavors! The taste of the red seabream and horse mackerel is just fantastic. Bluefin tuna is my eternal love! The amount of wasabi and soy sauce is perfect, not overpowering the natural flavor of the fish. The sea urchin is not fishy at all and the price is quite reasonable. The roll tastes a bit strange to me, maybe because I don't like the texture of the daikon radish inside. Still, the fatty tuna roll is my favorite! 😃 🍣 Bowl Dish This time, the bowl dish is eel steamed egg. Eating a warm bite in winter is really comforting. The eel is especially tender, and both my friend and I were amazed by it. 😍 🍣 Dessert The dessert was a bit underwhelming. It was a matcha chiffon cake that had been in the fridge before. The chef's fishy hands even left a smell on it hhh. Actually, a fruit-based dessert would have been quite nice too. 😝 #TreasureRestaurantShare #NewYorkExploration 🌉🌿
