A new Sushi Makoto - Omakase opened near my office, so I tried their 17‑course menu after work today — and it was genuinely excellent! The Kumamoto Oyster 🦪 starter was beautifully seasoned — one bite brought instant happiness. The white miso black cod was another highlight — lightly grilled, fragrant, and tender.
