📍El Pollo Inka Miami This Peruvian restaurant has been in Miami for several years, and the owner is from Lima. The place always plays cheerful Andean music, with a scenic painting of Machu Picchu on the wall. 🎉 📷My friend took my husband and me there, and we ordered the signature grilled chicken with yellow rice—the chicken skin was crispy and the meat juicy. 😋The green pasta uses basil sauce and is mixed with stir-fried beef strips. The grilled squid was tender, served with a slightly spicy dipping sauce.
