Back in Vegas again — this time craving Wellington beef. After some research, I settled on Delilah. Their Google Maps reviews looked solid, and the photos were tempting. Next time, I’ll try other spots — open to recommendations! 📅 Reservations: This place is popular — book online in advance. There’s also a dress code — most guests were dressed quite formally. 🌿 Ambiance: Absolutely top-tier. From service to decor and overall vibe, it beats 99% of restaurants I’ve been to. The venue has a bar area, dining section, and a live jazz stage up front with gorgeous dancers performing. Perfect for dates or just experiencing fine dining vibes. One of the best atmospheres I’ve ever enjoyed. 🍽️ Food: Of course, we ordered the signature Wellington Beef. A server portions it tableside — enough for 2–3 people. The first bite was impressive — flaky pastry, thick mushroom layer, with filet mignon inside. Personally, I still prefer a straight-up grilled filet.
