This place is ridiculous! The security upfront were rude and clueless. The overweight guy with slicked back hair was awkward and weird. He couldn’t answer my question when I asked, was I able to walk straight through. All of the workers looked like they didn’t know if I was able to come in or not. I ignored that and continued on !
I was so excited to try it out, and from top to bottom it was terrible. I sat at the bar around 11:50pm on January 4, 2023… it took a while to have someone acknowledge me at all. And when I say a while, I mean almost over 5 minutes of NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! There were multiple bartenders and they would rather help the people they felt would benefit them (with tips)! I finally got to order my food, and the dude instantly gave me my tab. I thought that was weird. I got a tab before my food came. I was going with their pace, and should have waited for my food like everyone USUALLY DOES BEFORE THEY PAY, IN A RESTAURANT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE STTING AND EATING AT! They brought the food to me on a plate, with the wrong sauce so they turned around and came back with a “TO GO” bag, and my food boxed up with the correct sauces inside the bag. He couldn’t tell me why he had my food suddenly boxed up. I opened the lid, and I decided to taste the food while in front of my same seats !!
The chicken tenders ended up being BURNT! And two minutes prior, he had already ran my card. If he would have done his actual job, and not rush me like I’m some burden, we would not have this problem right now. The manager came up to me and told me that she could replace my food, which I did not want because I just don’t trust any of the employees now. She told me she will be emailing the financial department of the restaurant, and my refund will be processed in 3 to 4 days. I’m confused on how you can have a service inside of a restaurant, but not be able to or not willing to give me my money back in the moment!
This will have to be my top worst experience for a restaurant, considering the fact that I was treated differently than the people that sat alongside me at the bar. Those people at the bar were able to sit there with their plates, and not even touch their food and talk instead. But I was rushed and rushed to the point where my food was boxed up when I did not request that and my money was taken before I could even see my food! On top of that, the employees at the bar were clowning around and using profanity , with no care in the world ! They only did that because they felt I wasn’t worthy of a customer,
The same security guard who had the worst customer service , before you could enter the restaurant, was leaning on the roped poles like a 3 year old, when I was exiting out. DELILAH, you ARE...
Read moreDelilah’s has unfortunately gone DOWNHILL!!! We have visited Delilah’s 8 times, our reservations are booked through our wonderful host at The Wynn Hotel. The Wynn/Encore Hotel is beyond wonderful however Delilah’s does not meet the same standards. Our reservation was on a Friday night. We were on Vegas to celebrate my Birthday. Delilah’s totally ruined our evening. IF YOU ARE A PARTY OF 2 DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Delilah’s for some reason thinks the larger the party the more money they will get in their pockets. Our waitress was beyond rude and unprofessional - she has zero business working in any type of upscale environment. We ordered a bottle of Perrier Jouet, a Cesar Salad, Chicken Tenders, Pigs and a blanket and the king crab paste dish. We wanted to order 2 bottles of champagne and a steak however the food came out way to fast. The waitress did not course out the meal properly as she said she would. And the past we have always ordered course by course at Delilah’s however we were told we had to order all at once which I hate doing because it’s always rushed and if I am paying for a meal with my money I’m going to order at my speed not yours. The waitress wanted to rush us off, a manager came to our table a short man with tattoos on his neck and hands and said that there is a time limit on the table as there were several empty tables around us at 8:15pm on a Friday night so I said to him BRING US THE CHECK… No yelling no screaming no rebuttal. We had not even had our main course and I told him he could cancel it. We still had half a bottle of champagne left, the manager said no rush and we could finish our champagne or take rest in take away cups… lol! When the check came the manager said he took off an appetizer after he realized who my husband was and that we were guest of The Wynn/Encore. I told the manager we did not need or want anything comp’d we only wanted decent service. We walked out of Delilah’s with our champagne glasses and unfortunately left a zero tip for the waitress who never came back to ask how our food was and wanted to rush us off. Thank You for ruining our celebration. We had a much better evening dining at Pieces located at The Wynn which I highly recommend, much better dining and lively atmosphere. We are beyond disappointed to see what has happened to Delilah’s. Vegas will unfortunately continue to hurt with the mentally of placing dollars before people. Treat people right and the money will flow and flow. Our Delilah’s Check for the evening could have been well over $500 for a party of 2 ordering 2 bottles of champagne and food however because we were rushed and canceled order and decided to leave our check was $182 and we will not be...
Read moreIt was my second time here and what a disappointment. Service and overall experience was severely lacking. I booked a reservation for 2 over a month in advance to celebrate a big anniversary. Not a single person said happy anniversary or even asked if we were celebrating anything.
The worst part, we were seated outside in a soulless patio without even a window or any type of view into the main dining area. It was a completely separate generic hotel dining hall, annexed from the entertainment. Although food is generally good, it’s overpriced cafeteria food that only works if you take the whole vibe, entertainment, ambiance together (it is a supper club after all) Otherwise you are paying top dollar to sit on patio furniture in a narrow quiet hallway with no view or entertainment. What’s the point.
We asked to sit inside and were denied, we were told “that just means you’ll have to come back again so you can get the real experience!” Really? So they admit this is not the experience promised and their solution is to travel back to Nevada, book a month ahead again and hope they’re not to busy to MAYBE LET us enjoy the restaurant.
Service was inconsistent and ranged from friendly to rude and vindictive. Leading up to the dinner I received a message asking to confirm a reservation for 4, not 2 like my prior confirmation showed. I tried calling for over a week to fix the issue and could not get through to a single person. When we arrived they had a reservation for 4. I explained we have the confirmation email stating 2 people and have not been able to get through to anyone. The host rolled her eyes like we were lying or something and just said it’s fine. I offered to show her the confirmation email from our concierge over a month ago but said it wasn’t necessary with an attitude. Next thing we know we’re being walked past the dining area to purgatory. The person that seated us was lovely. Our waiter although friendly was inattentive and gone for long portions of time. We waited 20 minutes after we got the check to finally have someone pick it up.
As we were leaving the patio we heard another patron complaining to the manager about sitting outside. The manager told her that they book reservations a month out for inside and the best they could do on short notice. After some yelling of course they moved that party inside… I guess I should have been more karen like. Our reservations were not last minute but over a month old so clearly the hostess got upset or something and retaliated by treating our reservation as a last minute squeeze in, giving us the...
