Tucson's Tasty Treats
1. βBrucha I went for the matcha strawberry option, which resembles the one you can find at Starbucks. It's priced at around 11 to 12 dollars. ππΈπ΅ The tea flavor comes through quite strongly, with no excessive sweetness. The matcha is delicately smooth, much like the milk tea back in China. I'd rate it 9 out of 10. The single point off is due to its rather meager quantity. I slurped it up quickly since it was so small in size and that's the only portion available. πππ Plus, the place was swarming with people! Despite the fast service in getting the drinks ready, I was on the verge of walking away after waiting in line for 20 minutes. ππ«π 2. βNoodleholics The oil-splashed noodles had a pleasant aroma. Nevertheless, the sour element was a tad too dominant, and the noodles themselves weren't the shaved kind. πππ As for the Guilin sour and spicy rice noodles in broth, they were overly acidic! I couldn't manage to finish even half of it. It was just too sour for my liking! ππ₯£π« However, the crispy pork and beef tendon were rather scrumptious. So I just focused on eating those. I truly regretted not choosing the mixed noodles instead. ππ₯©π 3. βNomico I was stuffed and couldn't eat any more on the spot, so I decided to take a waffle combo to go. ππ«π§ The freshly made waffles were truly delightful. They had a wonderful crunch to them. The downside was that they were overly sweet. And I'm usually quite okay with sweet stuff, but these were just too sugary for me. πππ¬ Alright, that's all. I'm full and it's time to make my way home. ππ‘π #TucsonFood #CulinaryExperiences #YummyEats
