Tucson's Treasured Sunset - Mt Lemmon
1. Located in Tucson, Arizona, Mt Lemmon has a special allure when it comes to sunsets. πππ During my time in Tucson this time around, what surprised me the most was not only seeing numerous cacti in Saguaro (you can refer to the previous note for that), but also going to Mt Lemmon and witnessing the last sunset of 2024. It was truly an unforgettable experience. ππ΅π The memory of that moment, with the sky changing colors and the atmosphere growing more magical as the sun went down, has stayed with me ever since. πβ¨π 2. I have to give credit to my boyfriend who is passionate about cycling. It was through him that I got to know about this mountain which is quite famous among cyclists. ππ²ποΈ Even when driving along the way to the mountain, you can spot people making efforts to climb up the slopes. Their determination and the sight of them pushing forward against the incline add to the unique charm of the journey. ππ£πͺ It gives you a sense that this place is not just about reaching the destination to see the sunset but also about the experiences and the energy of those who are out there enjoying the outdoors. πποΈπ 3. Just navigate to Windy Point Vista. It's around an hour's drive from the urban area. Once you get there, you don't need to hike up the mountain to enjoy a super magnificent sunset. ππΊοΈπ Moreover, along the way up the mountain, there are numerous vista points and overlooks where you can pull over your car. You can stop at these spots to take in different views of the surrounding landscape, to feel the gentle breeze on your face, and to anticipate the beautiful sunset that's about to unfold. Each stop offers a new perspective and makes the whole journey to see the sunset even more enjoyable. πππΈ It's really a great place for those who love to soak in the beauty of nature and especially for sunset enthusiasts to spend a wonderful time. πππ #Tucson #Arizona #Sunset
