🌾 Tucson | The Must-Visit Weekend Farmers Market 🧑‍🌾

📍 Rillito Park Farmers Market If you’re free on Sunday, don’t miss Tucson’s vibrant farmers market — especially now while the weather is still pleasant and perfect for being outdoors! ☀️🛒 This market is surprisingly large with dozens of stalls offering everything from just-picked veggies to local artisanal products. I always stock up on fresh, locally grown vegetables 🥕 — the difference in taste compared to supermarket produce is unbelievable! 🧺 What you’ll find: Tender lettuces (always a hot-seller!) Potatoes 🥔, carrots 🥕, onions 🧅 Organic eggs 🥚 (sell out fast — get there early!) Thick, sweet carrots (perfect for soups — hard to find this quality in stores!) Local raw honey 🍯 with a rich, thick texture We also grabbed a Turkish gözleme (savory stuffed flatbread) from one of the food stalls — and wow, was it delicious! The portion was huge, packed with filling, and the bread was thin and tender. A bit oily, but totally worth it 😋. Highly recommend coming here for fresh produce, tasty bites, and a lovely morning outdoors 🌳🍃 ⚠️ Helpful tips: Many vendors only accept cash 💵 No pets allowed (except service animals) starting this year Winter hours: Sundays 9 AM – 1 PM Summer hours: Feb–Apr: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM Apr–Sep: 8 AM – 12 PM #WeekendVibes #AZ #Arizona #Tucson #FarmersMarket #FreshProduce #Organic #LocalFood #EatLocal #SundayMarket #SupportLocal 🥬🍯🌽
